※ Please complete within the timeline described below ※ 　申請資格：限二年級以上學生，最早受理時間為大一下。
Eligibility: Limited to students in their sophomore year or above; applications accepted as early as the second semester of the freshman year.

1. 修課 (至少修習他系 1 門課、不含校核心通識課程) 1. Take courses (Complete at least 1 course from another department, excluding University Core General Education)
2. 預約學習與職涯規劃師諮詢晤談 2. Book a consultation interview with a Learning & Career Planner
3. 準備申請文件 3. Prepare application documents

  • ➊ 申請跨領域學士學位計畫書 (下載 空白表單 填寫，含四個模組規劃、總結性評量構想) Interdisciplinary Bachelor's Degree Application Proposal (Download and fill out the blank form, including 4-module planning and capstone project concept)
  • ➋ 歷年成績單 (至 行政大樓4樓註冊組 或 圖資大樓B棟資訊中心1樓 列印) Official Transcripts (Print at the Registration Division, 4F, Admin Bldg or Information Center, 1F, Bldg B, Library & Information Bldg)
  • ➌ 本學期選課紀錄 (至 網路選課系統 列印) Course Enrollment Record for the current semester (Print from the Online Course Selection System)
  • ➍ 其他有利相關證明文件 (如研習、參展、社團等，非必要) Other supporting documents (e.g., workshops, exhibitions, clubs, etc.; optional)
  • ➎ 學習與職涯規劃師晤談紀錄 Interview record with the Learning & Career Planner

為避免向隅請提早預約。學習與職涯規劃師將針對學習面向提供諮詢建議。 Please book early to avoid disappointment. Learning & Career Planners will provide advice on your learning direction.

收件期程：115年4月27日(一)至115年5月15日(五)17:00止 Submission Timeline: April 27, 2026 (Mon) to May 15, 2026 (Fri), 17:00

請使用本校 Gms 信箱登入，填寫資料並上傳文件 Please log in using your university Gms account to fill out the form and upload documents.

★其他注意事項★Other Important Notes

(1) 本校學士班學生於修讀滿一學年起至修業年限最後一年(大二~四下開學前)，且已修習非所屬學系領域專長或學分學程課程至少1門課者，均得提出申請。 (1) Undergraduate students who have completed at least one academic year and are before their final semester (Sophomore to Senior) and have completed at least one course in a field outside their original department or a credit program are eligible to apply.

(2) 申請文件繳交務必於期限內完成，如任一項未於期限內完成，將視同放棄申請。 (2) Application documents must be submitted within the deadline; failing to complete any item on time will be considered a withdrawal of the application.

(3) 錄取名單預計於 115年6月中旬左右 於跨領域學士網頁公告周知。 (3) The admission list is expected to be announced on the Interdisciplinary Bachelor's website around mid-June 2026.
